BRETT B | Overall ExperienceThis facility and the staff were amazing-Heather is a terrific GM and went above and beyond to make sure that all questions were answered. My only complaint is that I wish there were either an option for lights to be on constantly when in a unit-or that each unit had a light. I fell while trying to turn the lights back on and ended up going to the ER with a bad open wound. The lights going off and being more difficult to motion back on each time they turn off was rough.

The main reason for those calls was the u-haul app would not work well for us and the call center help with extensions and follow up questions. Thank you U-haul.
