Michael was bend over backwards helpful. If anyone in Uhaul deserves a serious commendation, as well as a raise it's him!!! Your company needs more people like Michael, I know having dealt with other of your locations around the country. If your highest level of appreciation is not shown to Mike then you are completely derelict in the definition of Customer Service!!!!!!!!

They will tell you someone has food but overall they knew and still didn’t tell me. I had family members to tell me if they knew I was going to U-Haul not to recommend. Ask questions before you rent with U-Haul. The staff was still nice and have great service
