It was one thing after another on the move in day. Firstly the staff was extremely unprofessional. The storage unit I reserved was not as described in the description, it was high on top. So I changed my unit and was told it would be the same price, it was not. Also since I rented a truck I got a free month of storage, it did not apply on my account. I reached out to the manager regarding this issues and nothing was resolved. I even showed screen shots showing evidence of.

Jasmine did not complain about going up and down the different floors when we could remember the storage number, instead we both laughed and looked until we found. She reached out to her manger when she didn't know something and I thought that was cool to show me as a customer she's open to learning. I believe she a great asset to the company. Kudos to Jasmine for the best customer services "She Rocks!"

They will be in and ruin all of your things. They get inside everything, there’s no way to avoid it. Roach poop on everything, it will not be salvageable. Please avoid this location. If you decide to use this location, you will regret it like I do.

The employee simply refused to assist me — he was eating right in front of me and, with total disrespect, told me to call customer service instead of helping me in person. I was completely shocked by the level of disregard and lack of professionalism. I’ve always trusted U-Haul, but this time I felt humiliated, disrespected, and left without any support. I never imagined going through so much stress and frustration in a situation that should have been simple. Honestly, it was a shameful and deeply disappointing experience.
