Carlos P | Overall ExperienceI was given an upstairs unit. The elevator was consistently broken which required me to make many sweaty, dangerous trips up and down the stairs. Lots of excuses from the staff and lots of extra work on my part. Fortunately, i am able bodied and not infirm or elderly with small children in tow. I submitted a complaint to corporate and seek compensation for my continued inconvenience.
