I have a hard time with the locking mechanism on the door but other than that I only use U-Haul

The only reason the storage hours weren’t convenient was because we were working after our day jobs to load them and sometimes we needed later access without having to make plans through the office beforehand. Other than that (and that is minor) it was a great place to store my things before we were able to move into our house.

Richard D | First ImpressionsWas not advised while renting the unit that there was a lock already with/locked to the unit, and I bought another lock which I didn't need. Also, was not given the keys to the lock that was already on the unit. When I called the number on the paperwork to ask why there's a lock on it, I reached a regional operator who had no idea of how to help. Had to wait until next day to go back to the office to get the keys.
