Was not advised while renting the unit that there was a lock already with/locked to the unit, and I bought another lock which I didn't need. Also, was not given the keys to the lock that was already on the unit. When I called the number on the paperwork to ask why there's a lock on it, I reached a regional operator who had no idea of how to help. Had to wait until next day to go back to the office to get the keys.
