There was a lock on my unit when I arrived and the general manager did not get back to me. I never stepped foot in my unit.
ADRIENNE N | Online Move InDoctor not operational nor is the access on the side of the building I'm handicapped I had to send somebody around to the front and through the building to come to the side so we could unload not happy about this would not recommend you to anybody else

Poursche S | Overall ExperienceThis was a horrible experience. We went to move into the unit and there was a man unconscious in the elevator. We ended up having to call 911 and then he got very aggressive with the police. The police then told us there were about 10 people living in the storage units and it was “not a safe environment”. I ended up having to get a different storage unit. I hope these individuals are okay, but the experience overall was very stressful and sad.
