Joycelyn B | Overall ExperienceThe amount of times you try to get in contact with management is ridiculous. You practically have to beg for a message to get across to him. Lost all my stuff in the first storage due to him not communicating thoroughly. It sucks, but I won't cry over spilled milk. There are only two men who work at the state street location that are willing to assist you or answer the phone and not be sassy with attitudes. Thank goodness for them.

This is deceptive marketing and had I known this I would not have used U-Haul. I should be compensated another month free on my bill for having to endure this long-term problem.
