Everything was great. Easy move-in, easy move out. One thing… We went there twice and the elevator was down and we did not get a notice via email. That was very frustrating.

This was an extremely difficult prices for me for no reason at all. You guys made simple things 10x harder for someone who had everything they needed when it was needed.

ANTHONY M | Overall ExperienceI really wanted to stay but, after changes in the available hours, I could not. The hours went from 24/7 to 7a-7p, and being a contractor there are many late nights in which I want to drop equipment off and prepare for the next day. After the changes took place, this was almost impossible. Also, I start many of my jobs before 7a, and if the facility doesn’t open until 7a, I start losing out on money. Lastly. The access system to the facility should be updated, half of the time it just didn’t work.

I witnessed a family with a small child get locked out of using the elevator and we both discovered the stairwell door to the basement units had the door knob removed, making it inoperable. Their vehicle and house keys were subsequently locked inside of the facility. The facility advertises 24/7 access but if your unit is in the sub-level of the facility you can not access your property/unit after 7pm. All office staff and management was unreachable by Uhaul support staff immediately after 7pm.
