The door at the storage unit can’t be secured and locked, a part of the locking mechanism appears to be missing. The padlock provided works fine, but the door still opens with the lock attached

You increased your rates while a better more secure storage place for the same size is $70 less than you. The employees were always friendly, helpful, and courteous. Your storage fees are just too high.
Mildred P | Overall Experience12-30-2025 Dear Sir/ Madam: I am Terri Tyler and my experience with the Uhaul location on 60th and GOODHOPE RD in Milwaukee, Wisconsin was horrible! I rented three units with the payment amount of $495.00 per month. Originally, I rented two units from March 2024 and added an additional unit in 2025. The manager, Patrice Henry is terribly unprofessional. From avoiding eye contact to refusing to rent me a truck from the " Lane" on a Saturday morning! Patrice Henry verbally spoke to a customer on the phone in my presence, radioed to an employee asking him if there was a 20' truck in the " Lane" after refusing to rent to me. Outrageously disrespectful, hurtful, unkind, uncaring, nasty and rude. She stands out in her store. She'll always be the female with cockiness in her disposition. The customer service representative that avoids smiling and she will promote her staff to lie to and steal from their customers. YES LIE & STEAL! I called in a payment on October 31, 2025 (Halloween). The customer service representative swiped my card twice. She kept saying hold on please. She informed me that she could not reverse one payment, that the total balance had to be reversed, and that I had to call back to pay for my belongings. Mean while, on Saturday, November 1, 2025, the payments were reversed and Patrice Henry used a different card and paid my storage unit without my prior knowledge. I never authorized any employee of Uhaul at that location to use a different payment method from my payment history. The service from Patrice Henry personally is simply horrible. I'm totally avoiding that individual at all costs. I lost my unit keys to my storage # 153. I went inside of the location to ask if there was any way to have that lock removed. She told me no. Well, one thing is sure, that if I do not pay for the unit, they at that location on GOODHOPE RD, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin will remove that lock and replace it with a different apparatus to secure my items. I wanted to know if I could pay them to remove the lock, or if they work with any other company that removes locks before they auction off or sale storages. But, of course, Patrice Henry is too self absorbed to offer any customer support and NEVER has. My bank refunded my money. 1- 800 - UHAUL assisted me. They suggested talking to Patrice Henry at the store and I informed them that Patrice is intimidating and does not both with supportive customer service. I recently moved out of the last storage unit # 153. I felt afraid to go inside of the store so I called the store and informed them that I took pictures, moved out and asked who to send the pictures to. I was informed that they would send someone outside to that unit to inspect the unit. I received a notification of additional fees. I am requesting for the second time to be allowed to make a settlement offer of a $50.00 payoff. To be paid on January 15, 2025 please. I'll avoid using that location.
