The customer service person at the desk does not do a good job in making a person feel comfortable. She was very short and impersonal
Lee E | Overall ExperienceOffered a month free but I never received it. Hours were inconvenient to get a hold of the office as I had to work during those hours. Original unit given was broken and had issues, the office did move the unit but it caused us to not get the discounted price. When tried to call couldn’t get through and never received callbacks.
