We had a horrific experience with the U Haul Storage unit is South Bend In located on Western Ave. I provided detaile feedback on how horrible our experience was and there was never any response or credit. As a result, of the poor customer service, I would avoid U Haul in the future. Why ask for feedback if you don't use it. The aforementioned experience at the Western Ave location and the lack of follow up when the major issues were reported would make me unlikely to use U Haul in the future OR recommend them to others.

We waited and waited for them to move and I finally blew my horn. And they were angry and extremely rude. I had to drive on the grass to go around them, to get out of that complex. I told them I was going to complain and the womanyelled to me.I am you haul. It was very disturbing and alarming. My movers work extremely upset about the way I was treated.
