I have lost an entire weekend of moving time, on a tight schedule, because U-Haul couldn’t get their act together. Will continue to use current rental, but will never use U-Haul for anything again. The level of incompetence and unconcern from the local staff was appalling.

It was very rude and made us move. Nowhere to go with our stuff in the storage unit so we packed our stuff out of the storage unit and the storage unit as a 829 or 25 for customer service skills and no identification on who the man was he was just driving the same U-Haul truck we were Latino short order, guy

Lavonte J | First ImpressionsI sat on hold way too long to many times and the online process never did work for me and I had to actually be sent to a facility where I had to check in with a person and it was in a different town so I wasted time gas and I had to pay my ride extra money for time in the ride and it's time it wasn't convenient at all it's not a fun experience and I probably won't ever do it again
