Gail T | Overall ExperienceWent to pull into a bay to empty our rented uhaul, #1 bay would not open. There was no sign stating the fact is was out of commission. #2 bay had a guy trying to fix his tailgate in it so we had no access to it. #3 bay had a workers truck parked in it so we had no access to it. #4 bay had the workers trailer next to his truck parked in it so we had no access to it either. The workers had a truck parked so close to the entry door we had no access to enter the facility. I walked to the front of the store and told the young man sitting at the computer desk my problem in trying to unload my uhaul into my storage unit and he gave me excuses for why outside workers working on the building had to have their trucks and trailers inside the bays with customers having no access to their storage units. He couldn't be bothered.

DWIGHT T | Overall ExperienceGreat climate controlled, clean, well-lit, secure facility. Friendly & helpful staff always available. Easy access with enclosed transfer/move-in area. Garage doors had occasional problems with auto opening or stuck open but always resolved quickly. Use of carts is helpful & area to donate unwanted items is nice also.

david s | First ImpressionsWhy is there only one person there!? I waited and by extension my movers waited over 30 minutes while she was running around trying to take care of everything herself. She was wonderful. It is just a shame there was not anyone to give her a hand

AUTUMN B | First ImpressionsI would love if BOTH OUTSIDE automatic doors open. Only one opens and there is like a white fence or rail that sometimes gets in the way when maneuvering the full carts. Other then that great experience!
