the rooms are not sized right i wanted a 5 x 5 and i got a 4 x 4.5 then asked for a 5x7 got a 5 x4 then went to a 10x5 cos i was tired of trying, after i got rid of my bed i went to a 5x5 and actually got a 5 x5 this time that would of fit my bed with everything, so much wasted time moving around and wasted money cos all the storage rooms are not properly sized. reccommend any other storage place so no hastles on things fiting in a smaller room then they charge you for.

BONNIE R | First ImpressionsUpon entering, the staff appeared unfriendly, and while going through the process of obtaining my unit workers were in a group discussing personal matters loudly. Personally, I was OK with it as I’m used to dealing with these situations, but it might be noted that any customer coming into the facility in a bad mood or feeling anxious about the process might react to the situation differently. For my purposes, the storage unit is for moving purposes, which is a harrowing experience in itself. A person who signed me up seem very stressed, but was helpful in navigating process. One thing that I was not aware of, and if I missed this in the instructions on the appI apologize, but I was not aware that I would need to have three phone numbers with one of those numbers having to be for someone not living at my current address. These matters should be considered whenever a new customer is signing up with U-Haul.
