Was told to be out Dec 15th I was !!! Called said that tay cauld reverse the charge back to my a acc have not heard back since guess have to pay for Jan I have never missed a payment told me I had to be out on the 14 th of Dec ????? Not what I was told or I would have been out on the 14th BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Theresa J | Overall Experiencethe rooms are not sized right i wanted a 5 x 5 and i got a 4 x 4.5 then asked for a 5x7 got a 5 x4 then went to a 10x5 cos i was tired of trying, after i got rid of my bed i went to a 5x5 and actually got a 5 x5 this time that would of fit my bed with everything, so much wasted time moving around and wasted money cos all the storage rooms are not properly sized. reccommend any other storage place so no hastles on things fiting in a smaller room then they charge you for.
