I had two bad experiences with the manager first I was double charged for some items and had to fight to get credit second I terminated my unit on May 24. In person .I was charged on my credit card on June 5 for the next month. I had to call and get that removed from my credit card. That is ridiculous.

The temporary lock and the access code did cause a bit of confusion for a brief second. Nothing said anything about cutting off a temporary lock or if I was authorized to do so. The alarm went off despite me putting the access code in. So I entered it again, and it seemed to be fine after that. Either it didn’t register the first time of I hit a button wrong I guess. Other than that everything was practical smooth and nice!
