The help i had to help me move wasnt up to bringing the big couch i had into the new apartment so I really needed a place to store it while I got some muscle to help me and without this locker , I probly wouldve had to throw it out , so I seriously appreciate the free month of storage services. Everything went great

The facility looked clean and bright when moving in, however, upon moving out there were mice droppings on the floor, inside the sofa, etc.. Another customer could be overheard to say that she found a dead mouse in her unit. When the office staff and sales manager were approached they asked if we had taken out their insurance policy. If we had taken it out we would have had to submit a report and photos through their website. Unfortunately, we had not. Who takes out insurance and submits insurance claims for mice infestation ????
