Everything great but I did see broken glass around main card swipe/ indoor storage unloading area. Plus in the parking lots area. I did tell the staff.

Wasn't happy with the online application but the staff were friendly and fixed the mistakes made. In the end it worked out but the online/app should be made more user friendly/easy to understand what you're getting. Besides that I was able to use the U-Haul services for what I needed.

BRADFORD A | Overall ExperienceStaffs wasn't helpful. And changed me 50 dollars to cut my own lock I put on the door. Which I've been using my keys for nearly an years now.i couldn't find it .which I explained to them and they refused to help me unless I paid the 50 dollars. So I had to drove back to saint john. Where I resigned and to retrieved my keys from my car.i went back the next days and there were two lock on my locker door .when I ask the reason why she told me that they thought I was goin to cut the lock.so I ask to remove the second locks and they did.but when I tried to open the lock I thought it was mine .NY keys could fit into the lock.so I ask to cut it off.so I still have to pay the 50 dollars. Now .I'm in the verge of moving. I get to understand that they about to close which no one told me about until the last moment. And my van is still empty. And I have to wait again until the next day. Which ro my knowledge I thought it was 24hrs self serve. So when I a they told me.because the homeless they have to close down everything. But what about getting my things no one cares at all time I feel like a vilent and violating. Honestly true story.
