Staff was friendly and courteous. Just wish staff was more accessible via phone call. Sometimes no one answers in the office. But I know the guys are busy doing work on the premises. Maybe hire a receptionist to handle incoming phone calls? (and customers that come into the office). I would make an excellent receptionist btw :) Thank you for all your help U-Haul of Hightstown
