Karine L | First ImpressionsDepuis l’inondation en 2024, l’établissement est vraiment “abandonné”. Je n’ai jamais été avisé de l’inondation, de la fermeture de l’établissement. Le ménage n’était jamais fait de notre côté et nous avons 10 portes. Il faisait toujours noir les néons étaient à changer nous l’avons déjà fait pour 2 car personne venait. En décembre 2025 la reconstruction a été une catastrophe pour toute personne ayant besoin de rentrer un camion. On nous avait promis une place de loading dock pour des camions, mais finalement c’est juste pour des voitures… Sous prétexte que c’est la bonne hauteur pour les camion U-Haul surprise c’est trop bas. Les portes de garages ne fonctionne jamais le 3/4 du temps ça peut prendre des mois avant que ce soit arrangé. Que dire du son du porte de garage quand il faut les ouvrir ou fermer.. Ça sonne comme des portes de prison ça agresse tout vous clients. Le seul point positif que je peux dire c’est l’accessibilité 24-7 sinon, je ne recommande pas cette place à personne. Nous partons de cette place, mais vous n’avez pas du tout penser aux studios en haut qui eux parfois doivent avoir des camions qui livre de l’équipement ni à des gens qui déménage et parfois un camion doit rentrer. Je comprends que vous êtes tanné des camions, mais grave grave erreur de votre part. En ce qui concerne le personnel, depuis l’inondation il y a eu un gros remaniement et le service n’est plus ce que c’était. On rentres ça joue super fort du gros rap français, ça texte, ça niaise. Ça représente bien votre compagnie.
Mélanie G | Overall ExperienceThe experience was horrible. Reserved a truck for the day (#25319832) and when we got there we were told that the hand trolley we asked for wasn't available. When we came back with our stuff to put in the locker, we parked the truck in the loading dock and started unloading. The locker was on the third floor, we got in the elevator and were unable to go up. The elevator finally started moving, and stopped on the second floor. the doors opened then closed but the elevator didn't move. We couldn't go up or down and we couldn't open the doors to get off. we were stuck. We used the call button and got connected to a city worker that was totally unhelpful. We finally got in contact with the front desk and they sent someone to help us. They managed to open the doors and we got off on the second floor. Problem is, there are no other elevators and we were on the wrong floor. We saw an employee walking by and told him our situation. He went to the elevator and pressed the button and saw that it wasn't doing anything. Another employee came by and told us that he was the one that opened the door for us. He pressed the button and saw nothing was happening. They then just walked off without presenting any information or help. They actually didn't even address us. just walked off leaving us there. We took the emergency stairway to the third floor and saw that it was blocked off with a gate and a lock. The only option we had was to take all of our things that we brought up on the trolleys down to street level by hand with my friend who has a bad back. We took our stuff to the other loading dock and went to get the truck too. When we got there, only one trolley was left for a full truck. We started to take our stuff out of the truck but then realized that the garage door wasn't closing. I tried doing it manually and the system seemed completely off. We felt uncomfortable to let all our things there without any supervision with the door wide open so I had to tell my friend to stay down there while I go and bring everything by myself to the locker with one trolley. By the end of all this BS we marveled at the fact that we were able to go to my place, pack all the things in the truck, go to another house to drop half the load there and come back to the storage unit in as much time that it took us to bring the stuff up to the locker. We were late to drop off the truck. I also had a concert after the move that I paid for and had to cancel because of the massive waste of time.
