The late check out is very convinient with the key box, but doing it yourself on the web is very long and annoying: it should be the work of the employe the next morning as it use to be.

We were 2 different persons with the same booking of the same truck at the same location at the same time. I was lucky enough to be the one leaving with the truck but the other guy had to wait 2 hours for the office to open and then hope there would be an available truck for him (which I really doubt). We both reserved a truck many weeks in advance... You can not rely on U-Haul. You always have to have a plan B.

Me faire dire qu’il est trop tard pour fermer le contrat alors qu’il est 16:50 et que les heures d’ouvertures affichées à l’entrée m’indique 17:00, d’aller en ligne fermer mon contrat alors que l’employé qui nous avait servi au départ nous avait dis que c’était jusqu’à 17:00, j’ai trouvé ça assez ordinaire. Heureusement ce même employé était toujours là et c’est bien occupé de nous et à finaliser le contrat. Merci à cet employé quand au 2 autres bin s’ils aiment pas leur emploi qu’il trouve autre chose ou reste chez eux.

The service in the customer service by phone was EXCELLENT really I was surprised. But the service in the location not that good, the guy told me how full the tank was and a picture of it, when I used it was less than that and I had to put more gas at the end. The price at the end was not bad but the quality of service can always be improved.

I was not able to complete the truck return overnight because of buggy field on website. It was impossible to fill up the mileage with 50829.1 (zeros were impossible to input). The chat employee whom I talked delagated the issue to Uhaul local renter, but I had lost enough time at this point : I will pay for the overnight fee and check for other options next time.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHIT I rented 5 trucks in the past two months and had problems EVERY SINGLE TIME. Employees rarely have questions to answers or give very different answers between each other. I was told I have a 15% rebate for already renting a locker and NEVER ONCE got it. I had to waste almost 1 hour EVERY TIME to be credited on my credit card. Very unprofessional!!! I always requested they put the info in caps locks and add the note for the rebate but never got it. Employees seem to not care and service is the worst!!! The only reason I continuted is because I already rented a locker and the trucks were on location. Will NEVER return to uhaul after I empty my locker!!!

The next day when I saw that I had been charged $23 because I had returned the truck after hours I tried to call customer service. I explained that the address I was given was not the right one and because this mistake had been made I had to return the truck after the opening hours of the branch on Notre-Dame Street East. The customer service clerk transferred me to the store manager Karine Mirambeau. I tried to explain the situation to Ms. Mirambeau, but she had a really unpleasant and arrogant attitude. She told me that the fee could not be waived and that no mistakes had been made. After several minutes of discussion this one ended up paying me back but are attitude was most unpleasant. At some point since I was not satisfied with the service, I asked her first name and her last name and this one my simply replied Karine, I asked if I could have her last name and she replied: that's Karine my name... Normally I never make a complaint but I think having a manager like this in your company hurts the business. I managed to get his last name in the email I received to refund him of the $23. With the service that Mrs. Mirambeau has given me, I will never rent a truck from you again. Thank you
