STANLEY G | Overall ExperienceI tried to reach the manager at least 10 times to discuss the fact I overpaid my locker 1 month before moving out. Yandary was impossible to be reached. I went in person, I called and I emailed. I also left 3 messages with her staff for her to call me. After 3 weeks of trying to reach her I finally did yesterday only to hear that she is not interested in giving me a reimbursement even if I moved out of the locker on august 9th and it was paid until August 25th. I have rented so many trucks from U-Haul this year and also 2 lockers, all I wanted was a credit or some kind of empathy, all I got was that I was annoying her after trying to reach her for 3 weeks. I could not be more disappointed in U-Haul, I respected your trucks and your lockers but I'm annoying you if i overpay my locker by 3 weeks ... That's very disrespectful. This was a huge eye opening experience for me, Paul and family
