REGINE E | Overall Experiencethere was the one instance where the strap on the door snapped off and hit me in the face and scratched my glasses. I brought it to the office and spoke to the clerk. He took my information and said someone would get back to me and the strap would be repaired right away. I never received any communication nor was the strap repaired. then I received a letter that the rates were going up.
