Where do I begin? I had to go in and check in to have my check-in completed and then I had to find someone to disable my park cause I had an outside unit that’s after I finally found it. There was several units next to mine, which did not have a puck when I was done. I had to find parking yet again to go inside to check out that’s after I had an issue that was just cleared up, but initially was met with much confusion as I was told I could not get a free month of rental after I rented a truck and I was not very impressed. I found it hard to park hard to get in the hours could’ve been a little better apparently I wasn’t in a good area so I couldn’t leave my car there so I had to get an Uber. It was a small nightmare. The people are mostly friendly and nice, but the rules are regulations I was drowned in not a great experience. I’m done with it thank God.

I rented 2 units for a few years and never had a problem. I also rented their moving trucks several times and didn't have any issues. I would recommend to anyone who needs storage.
