There was lots of ice in front of the unit which made using it difficult and scary I took pictures there was no salt pour down.

After getting my items out haven't seen any as of yet hopefully as I go through my items there will not be. They were quick to assist me if by chance there was, they gave me the link to help if needed.

I even had to leave my job to go back to the facility to to sign paperwork, etc. after doing it the day before. The staff was very nice though.

NO STAFF ADVISED GREEN MOLDED MILDEW & FROM TORRENTIAL RAINSTORMS Manager was very pleasant during homelessness thgh was aware paying 10mths of storage was a financial strain should have informed and offered much more than settlement once aware of damages... items were dry on ground level TOP of furniture not recoverable damage.
