Premier Storage is great! The staff is very friendly and efficient, and the space is clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. However, the 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. office hours were restrictive to us, as my college-age daughter had not been given the access code to the storage spaces. I suspect there is access to the spaces beyond those hours, but without the code, we had to rearrange our schedule to return in the 10-4 window. Thanks, Mechelle Coppock

The owner back in the day warned me that many people who move out of county end up losing their unit because if payment problems, so I made sure to always be on top of them. I would always get emails about payments that didn't go through. Many times errors occured on my payment end, and I would call or email, and the employees would always be so helpful in making the payment over the phone or changing my card in their system etc. its a sad day to have the last thing tying me back to my home town now gone, but I am so happy with their service over the years, always chill and helpful and understanding. Thank you for all the years!
