I was unable to access my storage unit for over three hours after the stated 5am access time. I texted the after hours numbers, there are two listed, and got no reply. I was told by an associate over the phone that the Supervisor for the entire district would be in touch to get me a unit outside after this awful experience. I was told that Supervisor was named Jamie and if Jamie did not get back to me by yesterday, they would this morning. It’s 11am. Uhaul obviously doesn’t care about time or customers. Assistant manager showed up yesterday and said they didn’t have to open the slider until 9am but there was a door. I put my code in in the door too. Asssistant manager said I should have been given a card to use. I never was. Never got a reply from the Manager listed as the contact for after hours because apparently that doesn’t count for Sunday when they are off and don’t have to check the numbers they listed. And Uhaul has no back up contact in place, including that Asssitant Manager who showed up at 8:25am. Awful experience. Still waiting for proper compensation and actual follow up.
