staff extremely helpful for van and space rental

Nobody took the time to go over there and look at the mileage and anything I was waiting in the office there for about 40 minutes so she finally came back and said are you waiting on something? Yes I’m waiting for my final bill. I closed out early and nobody said anything about probation and keeping my money that is not fair and that is not correct. I have 12 days coming back. I moved out 12 days early.
