You can't get your 26' truck around the buildings and fence to get to the units to load or unload. And the staff was sitting in his personal vehicle eating potato chips and talking on his cellphone on a personal call each time I approached the office to speak with someone. And he was not helpful in anyway except to tell me where there was another storage facility. I will NEVER use Uhaul again! My experience was absolutely unbelievable from the truck that would not go over 40 mph on a hill to the transloaders that Uhaul hired ( and about $1500 worth of stuff got broken), to the storage facility that you could not get to your unit with. And all they did was give me back 1/2 the rental cost of my transportation trailer, really? That wasn't the problem at all! Maybe I should call a lawyer 🤔
