Although not the fault of the facility, but the truck I was assigned was horribly, grossly and nauseatingly marijuana stench infused from the previous renter. That should’ve been addressed before I was assigned the vehicle during post-previous renter inspection. The staff did take immediate action upon my complaint and rectified the issue…so for that I am thankful!

When she tried to make another reservation didn't have available the storage with the measurements I needed (10×10) However, I agreed to have the storage unit they offered me instead (8x8) But they gave me a unit that was already occupied. So, they have no control over the availability of units
