Can’t say enough great things about Jonathan. He was quick, efficient, witty, and I genuinely enjoyed my experience at check-in as opposed to some previous experiences at the Mount Pleasant location. It was also a great deal that could not be passed up with the two months free. I had questions concerns and was a little skeptical, but Jonathan made sure to answer all of my questions All while training, a younger gentleman named Joshua, who was also kind and helpful.

Shawn L | Overall ExperienceI went to rent a storage. The guy gave me a card, showed me how to use it and didn't give me a lock. This is my first time renting a unit and I thought the card was also to open the unit. He told me that l was all set, he didn't show me where the unit was. I arrived around 6ish with my belongings, the storage # he gave me had 2 locks on it. I had to return the truck at 7:31. I didn't know what to do. Someone was in the place advised me to put my stuff in an empty storage and to call them the next day because the place was closed (It was Sunday).That storage was filthy but I managed to put my stuff in there. The next day l called to explain what happened. The manager wouldn't take the blame, asking me to come to remove my belongings because the space cost more money. She didn't apologize, trying to basically put the blame on me. I told her the unit was locked, she told me they didn't have a way to know that, l asked her who should know, I don't work there. She hanged the phone up on me. I called back, they saw my number and wouldn't pick up. I asked my daughter to use her phone and they picked up. That manager Monica Vieira was rude and didn't even try to work with me. She said I needed to move my stuff to a smaller unit. Apparently the filthy one l took was bigger than the one that l had originally chosen, l wasn't aware of that. . Really? Who's fault it is? I had to return the truck . I even asked her if someone is going to help me, she said no, I have to do it myself. How inconvenient? Now l am stuck with a $239,99 storage. She should have worked with by apologizing for their mistakes and let me keep the storage. I am 69 years old, l had to pay movers to put my stuff in the storage, now you are telling me to come to remove them. Very disappointed of this Uhaul! She was very inconsiderate!

Steven B | Overall ExperienceThe U-Haul clerk was kind but I wanted a 5 x 5 unit at Mt pleasant facility but he talked me into the church St center instead. But I'm going to have to change units to my pleasant cause I'm unable to walk to çhurch St plus I don't have a car to access church St. I made a mistake and hope I can change facility since my neurologist said if I fall í could end up paralyzed. Not good. I will contact the U-Haul storage facility tomorrow to sée if I can change units. Thank you very much.
