I believe we were over 10 years storage there. We never had any issues and it was a pleasure doing business with you. All staff is wonderful. Owner is great our manager not sure which one we would store our stuff again there in a heartbeat thank you very much.

Vernetta A | First ImpressionsThe day of move in, it took over 2hrs to get access to a room. The 1st room I rented online was not available, it belong to someone else. The worker then moved me to a different floor but each time I tried to use elevator, access was denied, worker didn’t know how to fix it. She had given me about 4 different cards for access and nothing worked. The worker then gave me her access card after about 2 1/2 hrs of issues. She was very apologetic and tried hard to help me but nothing seemed to work. She had called manager twice about the issues but because he was at a birthday party, didn’t want to be bothered. He didn’t give her the correct information for her to do her job. Talked to manager the next day about issues, said he’d give the next month free and I said I needed it in writing, said I’d be back down to pick up paper and when I went down about 20 minutes later, there was a note on door saying, be back in 10 minutes, I waited about 20 minutes and went back, door was still locked. I don’t know why the manager didn’t mention it to me when I said, I’d be right back down to get paper. I ended up leaving and not waiting any longer. I hope the manager is a man of his word and keeps that arrangement.

Do better. It’s not nice to trick people. Or pay your employees better so they don’t feel pressure to lie.
