GWENDOLYN F. | First ImpressionsNo bathroom facilities open in the morning, unless and until the office is open, after 9 o'clock. Access is from 6am to 10pm the bathroom should be open during those hours. Customers shouldn't have to leave to go home or elsewhere to use the bathroom.

If the bathroom facility were available during all hours (not just office hours) it would be perfect - but then some storage facilities don't have bathrooms at all!
