SUDAN S | First ImpressionsI had made a reservation like a week or two before set everything up spoke to a women she helped me with size of unit everything. I was set on what was what. I had to change my reservation day because it conflict with a job. I thought once I made the reservation everything would have been changed to the day I did. So August 20th was my new pick up date, I went in, well I had no reservations for nothing at the U-Haul place I went to. What’s so frustrating I specifically told the lady I wanted that U-Haul place. Well I only had a reservation for a truck at a whole different U-Haul in town. Very disappointed. On top of that all the prices she discussed with me were all different when I had to make a NEW reservation right then and there. Even tho I did get help, thank you, I’m very disappointed in the trust I put in with the first person who was supposed to help me, I’m new to this never dealt with this.
