The only reason I rated the experience poor was the size of the unit did not match the description! I had to rent a different unit because of this. I feel like the description should include the actual dimensions of the unit and the size of the garage door going into it!!! The person who was helping was me was fantastic and she could not have been more helpful during the whole situation.

The building was in great condition and the unit was clean. We were flooded with Helene and needed more frequent access to the unit. We were also storing both very large items and many small items. Our unit was 3rd story and inconvenient for our needs. We wound up purchasing a used utility trailer, installed a portable AC and keep it in our driveway. If we didn't need so frequent access, our UHaul unit would have fit our needs perfectly for storing household content.
