The storage location is unsatisfactory. There is a load-unload dock that necessitates unloading the trailer, lifting it onto the dock, and then transporting it into storage. To access my units, I must open the storage gate, walk to the end of the building, enter the code again, and then walk to the other end to open the door on the loading dock. Additionally, I am unable to maneuver my truck around the facility. Every aspect of storing here is problematic. The price is over $100 more than any other local facility, so locking it in for a year is not a viable option for any customer. I hope to find an alternative before I am required to pay the monthly fee. The prospect of packing up the equipment with all the obstacles is distressing. Management was present on-site but did not engage with me or offer any assistance.
