I recently broke 4 toes and lost the place I was renting, so I needed help moving my belongings to a safe place. I called Uhaul to see if they had a storage unit available, and was happy to know they did. With their help, they suggested I call a moving company to help me, and Jeremy was the person who helped me, thank God ! I am so lucky he sprang into action, because since breaking my toes, I can't put any weight on my foot, and he came to my emotional rescue yesterday. 🙂 I am so grateful he was available and willing to help me too. ❤️ I would like to meet him in person and thank him for doing my job for me.

Stephen E. | First ImpressionsOverall the person moving me in was very friendly and helpful. There was a little bit of confusion over the the unit type I reserved (outside vs. inside). Also, I pre-paid for a lock and there was no record of it so I had to pull my receipt. Apparently there is a separate system for on-line orders. Why make it difficult for the employee? She was confused, I was confused, the computer system caused confusion. As previously stated, employee was great with a positive attitude. Couldn't ask for a better person to help me at the desk. She did the best she could with what she had. Please improve your computer system.
