Janelle L | Overall ExperienceI do not have issues with the facility but with Uhaul as a whole. I asked if my billing date would follow when I set-up payment or move-in The tell me payment. I purposely take the hit on late fees and while on the phone setting up they even tell me its on the payment cycle. Then as I am hanging up they suddenly change what they said and its on the move-in date. Ive also had issues with the moving trucks were retroactively I was charged more then what I was initially told because the manager thought "it was still a good deal"
