Alka was very helpful in finding me a smaller unit so we could downsize. Did it over the phone which was great. When I came in to finalize the girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful.

I was apparently double booked then given a smaller and unit that was not at all what I needed to fit my needs . Also even after calling the day before no one mentioned that they double booked . Upon arrival I was told with no apologies or care as to how this was a major inconvenience that caused all plans for that day to be changed in fact cancelled then I requested 24 hr access which was granted but then after finally getting to my unit after all plans had to be rearranged we were not able to get in not the unit . I am furious because we lost 3 days and money on gas and time which had us sitting g in our vehicles overnight waiting for someone to come fix it .
