STERLING R | Overall ExperienceThis process was not smooth at all. I was promised a free storage unit for 1 month, and with in minutes I was charged. When i tried to call the store to talk to a manager, he was either unavailable, or the system went down, or another excuse. So when I went in person, the owner, even though i received my credit, was not apologetic, didn't say two words, as this shouldn't of happened in the first place. I do no recommend this location.

Too many other people inside using the restroom and electricity to charge phones. Move out was easy and quick. Only reason leaving was be I of non competitive rates.

NAKAZI N | First ImpressionsYou are by far head and shoulders above the competition. You offer significantly. Oregon aminites and made my move seamless. What i liked most, was the fact that I needed a truck to move my stuff, but also need a storage unit and you had everything that I needed in one location. The fact that you had an amazing promotion going on was incredible because I was able to get the first month storage for free. Also, you guys already had a lock inside the storage unit so that was very convenient as well. Bottom line is that someone really put a great deal of thought as the a customers needs when it came to moving. Addtionally, I liked the pricing but I didn't like the limitation of milage as I felt that I had to be very conservative with that. Also, your 8ft tru k seemed to be new as it had a lot of power to it. Finally, if there was a negative it has to do with the access hours. I for one work non traditional hours so I had to really adjust my time because you guys closed at 6 on Sunday and that was difficult with me because I wasn't able to move all my things into the storage in one day
