It was very hard to maneuver a U-Haul through the facility because there are so many empty box trucks parked in the roadways that it was almost impossible to get through.

They just wanted me to file a claim on’ my insurance. They failed as storage unit landlords and didn’t maintain the property. Absolutely no ethic no moral and lack of accountability
sarah n | Overall ExperienceAt the u-haul place I returned u-haul huge issue. One employee and she was not happy. When. I walked into office four people ahead of me and no employee in office at all. Called 1 800 # for uhaul and waited 22 minutes for employee to return. She told me I could return it myself using QR code. I am 62 yrs old. I do not need that stuff on my phone. Do better uhaul..plz. and returned truck a day early and with more gas then was required.

However, after the 2nd month, the facility manager (?name?) insisted on exorbitant charges of $99 per month for a 5x10 unit. Based on rental costs at other facilities in the area, this is outrageous. Also, this facility parks extra rental trucks throughout EVERY driveway of the facility; often blocking renters access their units and blocking any way for renters to get in and out....ridiculous and dangerous. I would NOT recommend this facility.
