It’s a U-Haul company and they park all the trucks in the way and it’s a nuisance then you have to go get somebody to move the truck so you can get into your storage and you have a vehicle that you have to get back there

The younger guys are very helpful and polite. Other people, assumingely the one who’s been there the longest, is just very cut and dry. It’s just a transaction and it shows but it’s fine..
Reagan M | Overall ExperienceI would like to be contacted about my storage. I put a queen bed in the facility. The plastic protector ripped during the move. The next day, we went back to protect it and it had a urine stain on the mattress. I pulled it out, but the mattress is ruined. I am worried my clothing and linens will also be damaged. There is just a wire mess covering over the unit and the ceiling has hanging insulation. I believe the issue is rodents. I feel sick over this storage situation.
