Very secure location, each unit is alarmed and requires an access code to be entered before entering and upon departure. They do security checks and notified me when I had placed my lock on incorrect during one of my visits. Renting and move out process was easy and seamless.
Thom T | Overall Experience1st of all hope that your employee is safe. We had an extremely long day of 9 hours of loading up and unloading. He knew we were unloading. We discussed getting gas and bringing the truck back to him when we were done. When we returned we could not find anybody in the office doors unlocked. Alarm went off twice while we were standing there. After 10 minutes of trying to find a drop-off box for the key which was finally found. Still no sight of the gentleman that service us. After asking us to still stand there while y'all were trying to find him on the phone we did not want to do that. It was very inconvenient for this to happen. Hot and tired after the whole day I do believe that you should at least owe some kind of compensation for our troubles at your facility. I personally would recommend a second month free and maybe then you will still have a customer to keep the unit. You need to let us know via phone or email. Thank you Barbara

I made the best choice possible and never felt abused by the system as I did in Lee County. I would use this facility again and recommend it to anyone. It is safe and secure.
