When it came to access to the unit, I wasn’t sure what the access code was for. I thought it was to the gate when it was for the inside unit. Party this is my fault bc this is the first time I’ve used a facility that provided this. The online move-in process, I thought works have been sufficient; however, even though I completed the online check move in check list, when I was checking in with the associate I was required to do some of the same things like submitting a selfie and pictures of my license. Besides this, the customer service provided by the associates at this location was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Never have I walked into a facility and seen workers, not just one or two, but everyone one that was there be so warm and welcoming. They were very helpful, polite, and it did not seem forced. I truly believe they enjoy what they do. Thank you for making my experience less painful.

They guided us through selecting the smallest unit that would meet our needs, which was greatly appreciated. . The facility itself was immaculate and they carried an excellent stock of affordable moving supplies. Best U-Haul experience ever and we have had many!
