Russell H | Overall ExperienceThe man working at the front counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything and did what he could to get me a conveniently located unit. While I was rushing to unload my van rental the women working the closing shift told me it was no rush. I could do the after hours drop off and there would be no additional charges. That helped ease my mind as I was doing this move on my own. The facility itself is new, clean and they have plenty of carts to use. They also have a community donations area where you can place unwanted items and another custom is able to take it if they need or want that item. 10/10 recommend the N5th storage located for not just storage needs, but rentals as well.

I felt U-Haul missed lessons learned from the first incident and the vulnerabilities were exploited in the second incident. I was not the only renter who fell prey.
