The terms and conditions in the facility was straight forward and clear to the point. The facility is newer and it's always kept clean and I co.mend your stuff for doing such a great job. They were awesome. They're very cautious, respectful and professionals. I will recommend this particular U-Haul facility to anyone, any day.
CHARLES A | Overall ExperienceI used the storage unit for about a year. I never had any problems with the staff or the facility. The staff was always cordial. I only had one issue, which was taken care of immediately with no questions asked. I highly recommend this U-Haul facility because it is clean and the staff is professional.
TRACY D | Overall ExperienceI had a storage unit that had a glitch with the alarm system. When I opened the door it would set off the alarm no matter if I checked in or not. EVERY SINGLE TIME! It was a big unit that was a show room so it had two tiny doors and only one working door. I guess when they built the place the person setting the alarm system put it on the wrong door. When I spoke the person at the front desk about it all they said was “oh yeah we know about that unit. We’ll look into it!” I had the unit for 3 months and it was never taken care of. When I cleaned out the unit and spoke to the gentleman at the front and mentioned it to him, all he could say was “oh we can’t fix it while it occupied!” That info would have been nice to know when I first rented it out because I would have requested a different unit or not moved my stuff in until it was fixed.
