Kavir W | Online Move InI was warned about pest issues but didn’t think it was that serious, but I wouldn’t recommend anybody to this storage. I had everything that was in storage damaged by a big rat , my cord to the tv, washer , dryer and holes to the washer was chewed up. Also had cleaning liquids for my car the rat must been hungry or thirsty but bit in all of it. No I didn’t have insurance but lesson learned, the young guy that’s there wasn’t professional or helpful and very immature

michael g | Overall ExperienceI’ve been to the facility 3 times. All during office hours. Twice, no one was in the office. I had to call the U-Haul 800 number once to get a response. Apparently, the employee didn’t come to work and they had to send someone else. Last time I called the number on the door, and no one answered. I banged on the door and a young lady and man came out of the office on the side. She helped me and asked that I call the number if I needed anything else. I told her I had and no one answered. She replied that she hadn’t turned on her phone yet. There are a LOT of rats that did a lot of damage to my units content. The units have no lighting inside, and the hallways are poorly lit. The rats are nasty and a real problem.
