Got a police called out here instead of talking to me although I another storage access 24 hrs

That was hurtful cause at my age and no income I don’t buy many new clothes. However greatly appreciated the empathy displayed by Audrey Greene. michael g | Overall ExperienceI’ve been to the facility 3 times. All during office hours. Twice, no one was in the office. I had to call the U-Haul 800 number once to get a response. Apparently, the employee didn’t come to work and they had to send someone else. Last time I called the number on the door, and no one answered. I banged on the door and a young lady and man came out of the office on the side. She helped me and asked that I call the number if I needed anything else. I told her I had and no one answered. She replied that she hadn’t turned on her phone yet. There are a LOT of rats that did a lot of damage to my units content. The units have no lighting inside, and the hallways are poorly lit. The rats are nasty and a real problem.
