At first I felt good about the facility. That changed when their manager Michael tossed some of my lifetime belongings in the trash because I did not retrieve them fast enough! I lost my husband's ashes . My dog's ashes as well as things my parents gave me. What he did was unexcusable and extremely unprofessional! He should be relieved of his duties. I wonder how many other customers that he has done this too! I will never recommend your company and that particular site to anyone! You will also never get my business again! I will pass that on to all I know! Believe that!

The staff was all very friendly and helped explain all the things.I would absolutely recommend Uhaul trucks and storage units to everyone!
CONSTANCE H | First ImpressionsWasn’t quite sure how to gain entry to the building as my code was being accepted, but no doors were being unlocked or opened. Went into the office and after about 20 or 30 seconds the employee shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know what to tell you“. If I’m paying a premium to use this facility, I would’ve hoped for some kind of guidance instead of a saucy attitude from someone who couldn’t be bothered. So I was basically on my own to figure it out. Thankfully, someone was departing the facility so I could pull in. The alarm kept going off while I was unpacking my things. Someone asked me why I didn’t go to a different facility we had used in the past and I was assuming this facility would be more convenient. Leaves a lot to be desired and I will advise everyone I know in the area not to use U-Haul for storage
