ALL of the staff that I encountered and talk to were the most friendly and kind people. They all made sure I was good, and answered ALL of my questions and even went out of their way to help me. If I could give 6 stars I would, I'm gonna miss this place.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make the customer happy! I couldn’t be more thankful to these folks after picking up a U-Haul in Clinton with an immediate check engine light and a very quick turnaround for a military move the following day.. these folks did what they could to give me a piece of mind going in to a coast to coast trip with a check engine light! Honestly, U-Haul, you should be thankful for these folks and your other wonderful customer service reps! Especially providing customers with faulty equipment and expecting them to be ok with it, it’s not just me but MULTIPLE other customers I’ve heard had similar issues.
