I rented a truck , then I rented a storage , soon I’ll be going back torent another truck . I rented a van from a different UHaul and it was a disaster . I’ve learned that not all hail are the same this one here is top notch storage facility

Roy F | First ImpressionsI don’t know what to put for your above average and all this because before this I was quite pleased, especially with this Oakville location I drove all the way to Hamilton to come to this Oakville location because I really like it on the service road there usually very accommodating and have a good selection I don’t wanna give you a terrible review, but this is really been bad today. I’m very unprofessional. They should be offering me a solution not threatening to kick me out. This is just unacceptable.

Nishi M | First Impressions**** FIVE STAR RATING I couldn't have asked for better service or pricing from U-Haul. My neighbour recommended Woody Rd. Uhaul who has many units within the facitiy. I was able to get a free months storage when I had to switch from one unit to another. U-Hual made my move much easier. I would definately recommend them to anyone. I also booked last minute and was able to contact someone at head office who was able to find me a truck that worked for me. EXCELLENT service from Courtney at Woody Rd. U-Haul in Oakville. Meghan Y
meghan y | Overall ExperienceStaff was polite and professional. Main part of facility was clean and I liked the sign in/sign out code procedure. My only suggestion would be to please clean the interior unloading/loading area. Floor was dusty, dirty and garbage on ground.
