Rosemary P | Overall ExperienceI had no issues with the facility itself. However, what I asked for online and what I was able to have when I arrived were two very different units. Manager explained to me that there was no such unit and instead of being able to pull up to it, we had to walk through the building. The units are very expensive and I was already there with the truck. I felt that I didn't have any other option but to take what she gave me. It was upsetting that I paid over $20 more a month than intended and received a unit that was more of an inconvenience.
