I truly appreciate working with me when I had financial problems..keeping me updated Angie works with you in all different ways until it's out of her hands .very help person in all areas of aspects Very Great handling Customers including me when I acted ugly having one of those days didn't mean to asked to forgive my stupidity she handle the situation very well in a polite curiosity way she keeps that store booming with Customers, guy cleans trucks does a great job in what he does shiney tire white rims be white he puts his all into .out of all uhaul trucks I seen Hefner uhaul great out standing look I never rented a dirty truck windows clear inside great seats ,dashboard floor looks new smell good I actually seen him scrubbing those trucks when they cone in he doing 2 or 3 at same time come go quickly..that's a person that puts hard work in what he does not half job does the job like it was his own turn around see him cutting grass completing job task Angie has a great outstanding team even the olders ladies phone ladies. That knows how talk with frustrating keep a customer coming a satisfying them on deals or what fits there needs .don't do a lot of chatting with customers as keep short to take care of the customer..why I keep renting from that store only only store I will rent from I went to express felt uncomfortable had drive way Hefner I feel comfortable give money there .I been dealing with Hefner before Angie came to that store 7trs
