We've previously rented at other facilities where there were separate entrance and exit points. Not a big negative just a suggestion to maybe add a sign that the gate is an exit and moves slowly.

If there was ever a problem, they followed up on it in a positive and timely manner. The only suggestion I have is that the bathroom where my storage unit was located needs to be cleaned more often, and its garbage needs to be removed more often. Other than that, their team consists of good, hardworking, and conscientious people!

When I signed up for the storage unit at the office and not online, every time I tried to make a payment it would not let me online due to it saying that my storage unit was not mine. This resulted in late fees because I could only pay it at the office.

Being told U-haul does not give refunds is a not so nice way as lead us to no longer be using you as a company.
