The lack of customer restrooms in such a large facility cannot be overlooked

Russell H | Online Move InStaff were immensely helpful and understanding regarding our unfortunate circumstances with needing a trailer a few hours longer than expected and needing a last-minute temporary storage unit to place those items. They also understood our physical limitations and provided a ground floor storage unit. The only downside to this location is there are no customer restrooms, which is problematic when on-site for prolonged periods moving in or out.

A certain employee did not even acknowledge me when I approached the counter and let me stand there for 15 minutes. She was very unprofessional in appearance and customer service. I did try to contact the facility, but getting through to anyone is a nightmare as they answer and immediately put you on hold and never come on the line. Also, my name is Melanie, not Melandy and they said they changed it but did not.

My recommendation for anyone that may be storing nice furniture…even short term…is to get a unit that is inside. The outside unit leak too much air and dirt and debris will make its way into the unit. Not a complaint, it’s simple advice for the end user.
