The manager quickly had the one unit that had recently been vacated cleaned and let me move in and turn in my truck. In the four months that I have had the unit, the staff has been most helpful in letting me in when I needed access. I highly recommend U-Haul Moving & Storage at Millard Ave.
GRANT S | Overall ExperienceOnly reason I booked was based on the hours posted on the website. I showed up at 7:30 pm on a Sunday and the place was locked up. Sent a message to someone at the location to help, and did not recieve an answer for over 12 hours. The reply was incredibly insincere, referencing "normal business hours" despite the website. Storage access hours were cut off by 5 hours on Sunday.
