I got a storage unit and had it less than one month and then the monthly rate was raised. Then I wanted to switch to a smaller unit and the price was only $25 cheaper for a unit that was half the size? All of the pricing that was posted and printed said one thing but I was charged something completely different! The whole experience felt shady and deceptive. As well as having to wait for someone to unlock the doors several times when I wanted to get in. One morning it was almost 9:30 am before I could get in to my unit. I won’t use this location again and I don’t think I will ever use U-Haul for my storage needs either.

Too expensive compared to competition

Virgen M | Overall ExperienceStaff is amazing the manager goes above and beyond to make sure that you get a storage unit that best fits what your needs are and she makes sure that the staff is very well versed on making the guest (we are treated better then just customers) are all treated respectfully and all shown individual care. Phyllis is truly irreplaceable. She deserves to be making so much, she should be considered for a spot in the corporate office because she could definitely help to fix the issues with other u haul facilities and/or it's affiliate. One of the best thing that I haul did was to hire her as a representative of the company.
