I have mixed feelings about about this location carts was hard to get but that has nothing to do with employees. Now it's was crazy because the air was 80 degrees in the building and nice and cold in office i asked an employee I the can help and they did. You have 3 employees that are the best Leny , she was the best helping fing my key and acknowledging every time I was thier and she was with a customer. I really appreciate that! Jeovany with her blond her she was doing her thing helping people every way possible I noticed even those customers was being rude to her she kept her cool, now last but not least was Masta the gentleman men was super helpful to every one ,caring and he knew how to multitasking five stars from me Oscar Rodriguez god bless your staff! Not an easy location to deal with a lot of inpatient people!!!

JEAN D | First ImpressionsHorrible customer service usually notifies me that my storage is pass due and my belongings are about to go into auction and keeps notes of all conversations; but all of sudden when i tell them i don’t want the storage or belongings or the storage because i live in NYC and doesn’t have time to come out there, its way past due for the usual amount/limit from two months to like 6 months
JIBRI E | Overall ExperienceMy only issue with this location of the staff. On the day I wanted to check out of my unit I reserved a 20’ truck. Unfortunately the reservation was not completely by me. The girl with the red “Misunderstood” tattoo on her forehead tell me to come back in 2 hours because she was by herself and had to check in the returns from the previous night. I used that time to start emptying out my storage unit. I went back to her to see if a truck was ready for me and she said no because I don’t had reservations. The day was becoming frustrating because we have established the error with reservations 2 hours ago and I had to remind her she told me I can still get a truck if I waited the two hours. She then called her manager “Lopez” on speaker and they both said I had to check another location. Apparently they couldn’t help with reservations at other locations so I had to do it myself. After 30 minutes of calling other Uhaul locations I found one in Orange, NJ. Fast forward another 2 hours. I loaded my items in the truck, took pictures and video showing the unit was cleaned. I went back into the office to show the employee the video so the unit can be closed out. I met Lopez, and I showed her a video of the unit. She clicked and tapped on a device that look like a cell phone and told me I show receive a confirmation in 15 minutes. I waited 5 hours and I didn’t get it. This was Saturday 6/14/25. I called and of course I was placed on hold for ever. On 6/16 I decided to check the app to see if your account was closed surprisingly it was still open. I closed it out through app so thought. On 6/20 I called the local facility to get someone to help me solve problem. They picked up, said please hold and me on the phone forever. I hung up and called the corporate support number from the app which ultimately call the facility for me and transferred when a person available to close my account. Horrible experience with the team at this location.
