The arrestment on the loading dock need to stop.
GRACE S | Overall ExperienceI would never recommend anyone to use this facility or U-Haul in general. Problems I had were never addressed properly and hidden fees were applied without my knowledge. Definitely happy to be done with them. Even speaking with the corporate office was horrible so I definitely plan on leaving a bad review on google as well.
James W | Overall ExperienceThe staff was helpful and the process was easy. However there were multiple men at the loading dock repeatedly asking if we want help. Sometimes helping and interacting without even being asked and then expecting money for it. They stood next to us while we are trying to unload and we can feel the weight of their presence while trying to have personal conversation. We would like to just come to the facility and store our stuff in peace. If I need help, I will bring my own help.
