IOLA S | First ImpressionsYeny was amazing, sweet, helpful and compassionate. Being a business owner I struggle to find someone like her. Her coustmer service skills are byond. I will return to this location because of her, even though I can get a truck at a more reasonable price. One of the thi gs that I am incredibly up set about is... I understand paying a higher rate for mileage on weekends, however I felt it was incredibly unfair that the rate did not and could not be changed for my weekdays making it so I was able to save a little bit. My final bill was over $800 . I would also like to say that not offering a Veterans discount Being that this location is located less that a mile away from the VA medical center comes across somewhat disrespectful. Please consider changing that fact so I can let others know you are a Veteran friendly business. You may not be aware that there are publications that say you should be avoided due to that fact. It is a very faithful community. Thank you for taking time to read thru the end. Again the manager and most of your staff is the only reason I will rent from you in the future. God Bless

MAURICE Q | Overall ExperienceFirst U-Haul had a burst pipe and flooded my unit. To add insult to injury I fell on harder times, U-Haul auctioned my storage unit for $5 instead of completing a vendor packet to be entered in the vendor management system for Somerset County Social Services to pay the full past due balance. NO GOOD WILL COME OF YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES. I sincerely hope on your judgement day that you can answer for your actions and lack of humanity. I would NEVER USE ANYTHING WITH AN AFFILIATION TO U-HAUL.
